Might I suggest listening to the rest of that show. There are a few clunkers, but what is perfect? (Well.....) "Shine" would be a chart topper if radio was radio like it used to be.

Phish seems to be less then its sum of parts, while TAB is the reverse. I think Anastasio, Gordan and McConnell are fantastic players. I am not a fan of Fishman's drumming or his muumuu's. (He has the money for the most excellent of muumuu's by now).

I really like the Mike Gordan Band as well. That is mostly due to Scott Murawski's heavy influence and general excellent quality of each player (high marks for Robert Walter).

The TAB players:
Tony Markellis (bass)
Ray Paczkowski (keys)
Russ Lawton (drums)
Cyro Baptista (percussion)
Jennifer Hartswick (trumpet, vocals)
Natalie Cressman (trombone, vocals)
James Casey (saxophones, vocals)
